How billing works.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Every plan includes a dedicated phone number localised to your region and the call or message costs of running the AI. Monthly rolling, cancel anytime. All prices are plus VAT.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-off setup to create your bespoke AI, tailor its message and provision your number: £49 + VAT for First Contact AI and Receptionist AI, and £10 + VAT for WhatsApp AI.
What happens if I go over my plan?
First Contact AI plans fit into blocks of leads per month and credits don’t roll over. Receptionist AI runs on a fair-use cap of 300 inbound calls / 250 minutes a month, with top-ups at £25 + VAT per additional 100-minute block. WhatsApp AI includes up to 200 conversations a month.
Do I need a particular CRM?
No, we work with the tools studios actually use. Get in touch and we’ll check whether your CRM is already connected, or explore building the integration with you. If you don’t have a CRM, you can use ours.
